My practice is primarily college students in the Pittsburgh area. I have two offices--Squirrel Hill area and McKnight Road. Telehealth is also available. Hello! Finding the right counselor can be a difficult decision. As your counselor my goal is to work with you to create a warm and inviting environment so that therapeutic change can take place. In sessions we will work on sensitive and important issues to help you explore opportunities for growth and change. My therapeutic style is a fellow traveler in your life. I believe that you are the expert of your life, and that I am a facilitator for change. My experience ranges working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including Person Centered, Gestalt, Internal Family Systems, Existential, and Multicultural approaches. My counseling space is open to all, and is a safe, open and honest environment for people from all walks of life. Mental health is often overlooked but it is and important part of our overall wellness. Reducing the stigma and bringing awareness to sensitive issues is an important part of counseling.
