Hi, I'm Bonnie! Life is full of many challenges and transitions, especially during young adulthood when navigating the stresses and pressures of personal, professional, and academic next steps. I incorporate a variety of approaches based on your unique needs, but I specialize in psychodynamic approaches like Internal Family Systems that recognize how the past influences your present. I would like to help you learn to hone in on the innate strengths and values that make you who you are and how to apply them to your daily life. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy methods in tandem with solution-focused, person-centered, and mindfulness types of modalities. I typically work with adults and young adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, depression, perfectionism, relationship issues, trauma, and general stress. Noah Ingalls is an emerging therapist who recently graduated with his Master’s degree from Indiana University. He has spent two years in the Mental Health Counseling program and finished a full year of internship at an agency in Bloomington, IN. Before that, Noah received his Bachelor’s from Butler University in Indianapolis. Noah has provided individual therapy to those struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety etc. He has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults and specializes working with emerging adults.
