I help students struggling with anxiety and ADHD gain confidence and develop skills that support their neurodiverse brains. People diagnosed with ADHD are more likely to experience challenges with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and sleep disorders; this combination can make functioning day-to-day feel like an uphill battle. In our work together, we'll explore self-compassion, your beliefs about yourself and the world, and actions to take to help you feel better. For clients who struggle with ADHD, we'll find ways to improve your executive function skills and how to advocate for your needs as a neurodiverse person. I believe therapy works best when it looks at the whole person. My approach to therapy is integrative. Alongside her graduate training, she completed a clinical fellowship at the University of Colorado School of Psychiatry, specializing in Child Development and Infant Mental Health. Over the years, she has sought out additional training to better support her clients, including EMDR (both basic and advanced trainings), Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Circle of Security Parenting. She is also endorsed in Colorado as an Infant Mental Health Specialist.
