I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship challenges, or the complexities of multicultural and minority identity, including those adjusting to life in the U.S. as immigrants or managing the pressures of being an international professional. In therapy, I provide a safe space to explore these experiences, understand patterns, and develop strategies for self-understanding and emotional regulation, helping clients move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.

I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, workplace burnout, relational conflicts, migration stress, and minority identity struggles. I help clients reconnect with their inner strengths and build healthier relationships. My focus includes international professionals, immigrants, and minority individuals.

As psychoanalyst Nancy McWilliams writes, making mistakes and wishing we had done things differently is not a sign of pathology—it is part of the human condition. I bring this belief to my work, creating a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.
