Sometimes words don’t do our experiences justice. My journey into this work began with my own discovery of how art, in all its forms, can express the parts of our identity that language can’t reach. Imagery, music, movement; These creative expressions are part of who we are as humans. They connect to our soul, so I believe they should be part of our healing. While therapy is "work" and requires deep commitment, it doesn’t have to be all about pain. My approach balances progress with humor, play, and discovery. We’ll tune into your internal landscape to experience your whole self, including all the thoughts and emotions that arise: joy, despair, awe, and hope.

Art therapy isn’t about being “good” at art—it’s about gaining insight and creating meaningful change. We use creative expression and conversation to explore your patterns, relationships, and inner world in a way that feels natural and empowering. The goal is deeper self-understanding, authentic connection, and lasting growth.

With over 20 years of experience, I integrate mind–body approaches and creative modalities to support individuals navigating trauma, major life transitions, complex relationships, identity disconnection, and chronic pain. Together, we focus on reconnecting you with your sense of self and moving toward a more grounded, purposeful life.
