Anxiety is a total pain to deal with. Throw in its BFF, depression, it could make the days harder to get through. Therapy with me is a combo of self-exploration and coping skills. Have you ever wondered or did some digging as to why you feel, experience, and express emotions the way you do? Maybe you have or haven’t yet, but either way, that’s okay! Don't worry, we’ll go at a pace you feel comfortable with. When it comes to dealing with life, we’ll look at what has and hasn't worked, and I’ll also offer some ideas that may be worth a shot, so you don’t feel like you’re drowning.

There are probably things, like old memories and experiences, that have stuck with you for some time. They might impact your self-esteem, your relationships, and how you move about in your life on a daily basis. We’ll work through any obstacles to help you move forward by taming that self-judgy voice of yours and so much more.

Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
