I have been working in the field for the past five years and have experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. I assist those who experience(d) anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief and loss, and relational concerns. I understand that transitions can be difficult and education is STRESSFUL. I would be happy to assist you with emotional regulation, coping skills, and any other assisting you may need.
